Oregonian wins Quincy slogan contest

After combing through hundreds of entries from around the block and around the country, Uncle Sam Rounseville and his fellow judges have chosen a winner in a contest to pick a slogan for his community service billboard. Shawn Duyette, a displaced Quincy resident now living in Hillsboro, Ore., took the honors. His submission: "Quincy: The Cornerstone of American Liberty."
