A whole set of emotions told by the rhythm and emotions of Liscio (a classic italian ballroom dance) makes of this film a very delicate and funny comedy by Claudio Antonini. We get to know the world of Raul, a 12 year old boy who tries to build a more reassuring reality for him and his mother, Monica, a very talented singer with a bit messy private life, finding for her the perfect man to love. Besides the nice story there's a beautiful and nuanced performance by Laura Morante, who also shows her singing skills.
