Hawaii Surf Session Report episode #118 Post Date: December 30, 2006 Locations: North Shore - Waimea Bay and the West Side - 3rd Dip Two destinations for this the possibly last surf session podcast for 2006. I got up early with lady and headed up to the north shore to take a look at the much anticipated 25 foot waves day. Well the conditions were big but barely visible in the bay. The rain and wind made it tough for getting good shots. So I drove an hour to the west side where the road almost ends to go to a nice break called 3rd dip. The waves were coming in from the North west swell and there were more folks out in the break than I have ever seen before at this spot. The waves were crackin and the wind was a whipin but the rain couldn't stop those surfers from rippin at the dip. Waves 25 to 6 ft.
