Russian bases would boost global anti-missile defences - Bus

At a key NATO summit in Romania, George W. Bush has said Russian bases could be used as part of the U.S. global missile defence system. But the U.S President re-affirmed his commitment to building anti-missile bases in Eastern Europe. He also urged NATO members to back the membership of Ukraine and Georgia.
