Renowned as an expert teacher in music, Eleonore Schoenfeld continuously attracted talented students from all over the world. This retrospect of her life follows her from Berlin to the United States, where she chaired at the University of Southern California Thornton School of Music's strings department and as the Gregor Piatigorsky Professor of Violoncello.
