WBTV's Football Friday Night: SW 4A Weddington Warriors

It's a new day for Weddington football. New coach Phil Williams is going to have to reshape a team that lost a lot of players to graduation and some to the new school Marvin Ridge. But no need to cry over that as they install the spread offense and they have just the QB to operate this aerial assult. Sophomore QB Anthony Boone is back to lead the Warriors. He's a big guy-- 6'1", 215 pounds. But with only 3 starters returning on defense, it may be a while before the Warriors get to where they want to be.
