Oh. and this is the first tie Ill haver be in contact with tumbling.. I have never done it before.. so...the maisn tricks i ll like to know are....mainly the back hand spring and then a back flip... so i just anted to ask to everyone pro in this matter...how long does it take?? Thanks..;)

hey guys... I wanted to try a back hand spring but not for cheerleading purposes and stuff. Just wanted to do it cause it´s very cool and that´s all.. well i´m a 17 years old boy.... and i wanted to ask all of u...how long does it take to do a back hand spring??

uhmmm girl thatss popstar or what everr needs to get a lifee a back hand srping may not be hard for u but for others it is and iv been chering for 5 years all i have is a round of back handspring and 3 standings likee omg

i agree amazing but needs more dance moves i wish my school had a cheerleading squad but i live in england and we don't have it over here if i had a squad and i tryed out and said that i can't do front flips and back flips but can do kart wheel into hand spring and im really good at dancing and liffting would i have a chance on a squad....?

those tricks suck im 13 and i started cheering at age 4. im so better than you. im at a collage level! oh my gosh. u suck!!!!!!!!!!
