Just for curiosity's sake, I will note that this song is a translation from the original French version. Claude Francois and Paul Anka jointly wrote it with two other French guys. Francois performed the first version in French in 1967, Anka the first English version in 1968.

simply amazing!!!!! I wish I could´ve seen him live on stage! But Elvis on film is better than no elvis music!!! Great voice, great talent.. a one in a lifetime musician!!!!!

My My!! this guy truly was amazing, no wonder why my mather loved him so much, he was also hot, and yes he could actually sing. This is my favorite version of this song.
