Could be? I'd say definitely. At the very least he knew how to play dirty pop somewhat beforehand. He's been a Justin fan for a long time :-) dirty pop, i think she knows interlude...etc..

the guy in the back says dirty pop, which in the end of the vid turns out to be scotty crowe, the driver of Mayers van. I learned this in the "this will all make sense some day" video. What i'm saying is: this COULD be a conspiracy

no dude actually there was someone behind john who said "dirty pop". Listen carefully. So yea he totally improvised it...

see i think theres a conspiracy here...i dont think anyone says pop by nsync...i looked at the ppl around him and i dont think anyone said it...so i think john had that in his head the whole time....but hes so talented i wouldnt be suprised if he improvised it off the top of his head anyways..
Golfmackan (November 18th, 2008 @ 1:31 pm)
I am completely stunned by his ability to improvise like this...

my tab of the "Pop" intro:
johnmayer yuku com/topic/6337
