The song sounds Korean. Sort of an Asian joint music festival, held in Soeul, Korea? Which year? - early 90s??? Cho Yongpil(red shirt) is the hosting Korean, Tanimura Shinji(bow tie) & Fuse Akira(white shirt) are Japanese and Alan Tam(black jacket) is from Hong Kong. They are all well known singers in Eastern Asia.
