SNL has always had periods where it was not funny. But most of the 33 years it has been on TV, it has been pretty good. Jim Breuer, in my opinion, was never funny. He made a movie with Dave Chappel that I believe the kids enjoyed, but for me personally, I just did not find him entertaining.

I agree, he sucks, and he's not pretending to be loud and obnoxious, he IS. He should work more on being the shut up guy.
