He Kexin made the event finals with a fall too. So it wasn't just nastia. but yeah the new code is unfair in some ways. however it does give beth a lot of difficulty (7.8) so i'm sure she's not really complaining about it ;)

I can't imagine how the judges could pick between her and Nastia on this. They were both phenomenal. Absolutely stunning.

True - but somehow for me, it's easier for me to watch Beth than Nastia. Nastia I always feel will just run out of power and drop. I don't know why! Beth is amazing. Nastia is too. Don't get me wrong - I do love Nastia Liukin.

I believe that was her routine from the 2008 Euros. Am I correct? If not, can you tell me which routine so i can view it. I like her and I hope she sticks around longer even though she was left out of the medals in Beijing. Blame that on the COP for letting Lukin into the event finals with a fall during qualifying round. In the old days she wouldn't have made the finals with that fall during the qualifying round.

And yet, Nastia still manages to make her choreography to a flowing, ethereal piece of music (Dark eyes) look very robotic. She very much forces her dance elements.
