If you count from the time that the lever is pulled to the espresso is done, it take a little minute. Is that normal with the Elektra, or when do I start the timer?? Nice espresso and nice machine

Elektra S1C is a great machine...but you need good nerves for that machine... very nice crema! I have GL1 "sixties" model and I use Italian "Izzo" Coffee (100% arabica) - I pretty much get the same crema as you - but I more into Ristrettos than Espressos ;)
