Yes, but I have used both myself and I much prefer the too faced...even though its slightly more pricy than the urban decay (over here in the UK anyway!)

Great video... The Too Faced Eye Shadow Insurance is also a great primer/base to eyeshadow and its easier to use compared to the Urban Decay...there's less waste as you can squeeze every last drop out!

ive tried fluidline but im not really that obsessive over it...im trying solid...i like covergirl perfectpoint i think thats what its called and it twists.. and its great! its about $5.
