if you guys are all refering to the air france plane that flies into the trees, it was celebrating the new airbuses, that flight was a charter flight with crew and passengers aboard, it was making a planned flyby at an airshow. However the pilots acted iresponisbly flying too low with the engines revved right back. Unable to throttle up to climb over the trees they crashed. It was the last commercial flight to be flown as an airshow component.

It was the first pilotless attempted flight at an airshow in France, and the last I think.
