Don't even get me started on Michael's phenomenally smooth and unique personal dancing style and incredible vocal range, easily going from soft and lovely love ballads to a much more hard rock/heavy metal approach with ease. Take as an example of that his versatility on tracks as diverse as "I just can't stop loving you" and "Dirty Diana" - just to name a couple. Pop music became totally irrelevant without michael's groundbreaking impact in music.

The Black or White video for instance, meant a groundbreaking relationship between art and technology (the morph sequence was ASTONISHING at the time!). Thriller changed MTV and pop music as we know 'em. Remember The Time was also another technologycal shock closely followed by incredible dance segments. Very memorable. Scream was also an incredible videoclip - as much as the world's most expensive videoclipe EVER (even today).

Justin Timberlake, Usher, Oramio, Chris Brown and all these crappy MJ imitators are on the spotline just and only because of Michael's abstinence from MTV and on stage performances. They're the result of the abscense of a real KING. The effect every MJ clip ALONE had on the 80's and 90's is otherworldly. Every clip would bring up new techniques, arrangements, and chorographies that would make your jaw DROP.
