Let's wait for 787 which will be much better than 777.

Ye, I was lucky enough to be filming at T5 yesterday and all the staff have to go through rigorous security checks every day, much more so than normal passengers. It took us half an hour with all our equipment on the frst day. Which brings me to the question, who checks the first person in? :p

Airbus has passed Boeing it seems, the last masterpiece of Boeing's in my opinion was the 747-400. The 777's wings are not very aerodynamic for a brand new aircraft. I love the A380 and wish one would fly into my airport, not likely to happen.

I would so love to get into that position you were in to film this plane. you are so lucky. I take it you work at the airport. Can you get any airside passes for enthusiasts? lol
XPCompHelp (November 17th, 2008 @ 2:01 am)
no thats not why, they do it because its a tradition in aviation when there is a special event of some sort (ex. a pilots last flight, a new aircraft arriving at the airport... etc.)
