ya ur right my bad. i am a relatively new drummer, and when i use both hands on the hi-hat i use my right hand for the snare. is this wrong are you supposed to use your left hand? I know you use ur left hand normally when playing regular eight notes on the hi hat

This is the best cover of DC's drumming I've seen. Just reminds me why TOOL is my favorite band. Well, part of the reason why anyways....1/4 the reason to be exact.

he doesn't look like he's reading sheet music to me basketballfg. Look like he's playing what he can hear on the track to the best of his abillity. and this guy has some AWESOME abillity Love your work Keep them coming!!!

He was hitting the snare the entire time. Doesn't matter what it looks like he is doing. It matters what he is doing and he is hitting the snares. You can hear it and you can see it, if you disregard your previous assumptions.

thanks for your advice i did get my eyes checked out. but to me it still looks like you are hitting the hi-hat with both hands.
