"Internal Affairs already looked at it, and found the skaters guilty" Internal Affairs didnt look at the skaters mike they investigated the amount of force joey used. . it must have not been clear to whoever called for it that he acted appropriately. if it was not clear to officials, how can we blame the kids for considering it abuse? did you read the IA use of force investigation report? they claim it was "planned participation in a nationwide anti-authority demonstration"

Joey was talking on his radio to his dispatcher, and even if he DID hear him, the evidence meant anything anyway considering Internal Affairs already looked at it, and found the skaters guilty.

code, "if you where a skater youd see the cop as the enemy not the hero" why would i see the cop as an enemy? he is merely doing what he is paid/sworn to do? "maybe youd bad-mouth him because you see it as im just skateboarding why is he bullying us,i was here first im not leaving" skating in a prohibited area makes the skaters reasoning invalid. i think logically and rationally.

"this cop just choked him and I got a picture of it." he looks directly at him and says "come right here, come here" then it's Go STanley go time!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOO!!! and that cop is pretty fast for being a little husky. I would have thought i could just jogged away. he would have got me early.
