It's "Jeremy & me". The word 'I' is reflective & can only be used (correctly) in certain instances eg "Jeremey & I went to the park" is correct. "It's for jeremy & I" is incorrect. It should be "Jeremy & me" You wouldn't say "it's for I" would you?

It's not "Jeremey & I" as James May said, It's "Jeremy and me". He might be posh but his grammar is woeful.
