Imagine if Germany didn't attack until the originally marked date of 44-45, they would have changed history. Also, if Hitler wasn't so hateful of communist and not attack USSR, Germany might have had little problem in repelling the invasions in Italy & France. I must say one of the best things that didn't happen was the death of Hitler. Thank heavens Hitler was not killed during the war.

Any information about U Boats being based at Martinique in the Caribbean? Something about the Vichy/US relations not allowing us to attack them at Martinique? Father flew a doubting US General over the docks there and German sailors waved at the C-47

Best documetary so far... i just wonder if the type XXI U-boats were ready by the half of 1943 the course of the battle of the atlantic would turn for the alies, and probably the D-day, yould be delayed. Thank you GDHouston

exellent thank you, my great grandfarther william sharpe was ships engineer on H.M.S Kale and was torpedoed and went down with the ship, god bless all these brave men defending our homes war is a ugly sight but sometimes its the only option

Das Krautenschnausen hiding under da WATer, Yah??? It takes a German to torpedo civilian liners full of women and children - hide under the water, and blow up ladies and kids. I'd think Rommel would have thought wolf packs garbage-people.
