This sounds oddly like early solo Paul Westerberg, which isn't a bad thing, but it is weird.

yeah i meant 92 (end of 91). the point was that it was after everything happened, 2 number one albums. i know about gilby and everything. the illusion tour lasted 2 years so the last time izzy played with them was about mid 93. they broke up about a year later. most people put the exiatence from 85 to 94, stardom 87 to 94. the rest is gray when they were messin with diff bands 83 to 85, and legal bullshit after 94.

well no body really wanted gnr to break up, but thats just how things rolled out
VinceInChains (November 23rd, 2008 @ 12:29 am)
hey, i'd rather that GNR never broke up, but i guess it had to happen

i'd so rather have him in vr, but he's been freinds with axl for like 30 years so i doubt he'd do it
VinceInChains (November 22nd, 2008 @ 9:01 pm)

He's just kinda been doin his own thing for the past 15 years or so. Released some solo records, did some touring I think? and almost joined velvet revolver.

Dude he left GNR in '91 learn your facts before you comment. This is because the use your illusions tour was started in '92 and izzy did not take part in that save for a few shows i think he filled in for. They hired Gilby Clarke for the tour to be in the band
