the little lines down from the eyes usely means non-human. it's in many other shows as well. In this one there robotic but yes dolls.

The little kids (dolls?) look like mamodos from Zatch Bell cause of the lines going down their cheeks.

the song is by ALI Project and name of this song is "Mirai No Eve" and ALI Project make the opening of rozen maiden too and kamichama karin xP awesome song ^^
